  "We were staying at this hotel just for a night as a stopover destination. For this kind of trip, the location is great, because it is located very close to the Ovada highway exit, 30km outside of Genova so far from the high daily traffic of a major city. The hotel's appearance is a bit old, with ..."furniture from the 70s-80s, but everything was very clean and the room was a pleasant surprise: extremely large and comfortable, with a sofa and a armchair and also a fireplace (but not used, since we were in the summer. and we are not sure if it would be usable at all). Despite the older furniture, the room had modern windows with good thermal and acoustic insulation spotted a new LCD TV and wifi was free and fast. The bathroom was big, with a window, and the room itself had two large windows with access to a rooftop balcony (common to the other rooms of the third floor).   "Lovely, comfortable apartment with kitchen located close to the center of charming Ovada. Warm host although not easy to communicate given our lack of Italian knowledge. Great swimming pool and breakfast!"

  "What a wonderful impression Roberto and Paola gave us of Italian hospitality on our first night in Italy! We were welcomed as we parked up the car with big smiles and a cup of tea. We were told that the kitchen was there if we needed it, a spacious, modern, immaculately clean kitchen. The next mo..."rning, it was full of lovely things to eat, including a just-baked cake. Our room was really beautiful. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, everything brand new and spotless. It really felt like luxury but without the cost. There was a good view of Ovada itself from the tables outside, and a handy supermarket nearby. Such a genuinely kind family who actually seem to really enjoy meeting new people and putting them at their ease. " More >
