The negative reviews do not reconcile at all with the holiday we have just experienced. The hotel is clean, the bedrooms are fine and beds are very comfortable. We weren't bitten once! There was a youth tennis tournament going on and it was great to see athletic children competing from Spain, Russia, and Germany totally focussed on the sport of tennis. Whereas it sounds as though all Brits can complain about is not having 24-hour snacks and a full mini-bar in their room! You don't have to go far to the bar, which is open 10 - midnight.   "This is my third visit to Hotel Delta and I will give you my opinion and like others on tripadvisor, that is what your are getting one persons opinion. We had a four night stay... Food was really good, good choice of hot and cold at all meal times. The cafe which is beside the top pool area wasn't..." opened and this was a big loss for us at lunchtimes. The toilets at this top area weren't opened either and therefore meant a trip back into main hotel every time you needed to go... Minibar was only put in room on day three and not as requested on day one. Entertainment was non existent and not as advertised in travel sites or hotel site. Staff are fine but you have to make an effort to get to know them... Beach club entry has now gone up in price but is worth the trip.. We went two days in a row but beware food and drink is very expensive. Great restaurants in local shopping area and La Baroque has been a firm favourite of ours for the last four years..it is the very last cafe besi... " More >

  "My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 11th to 18th of May, and had a lovely relaxing holiday. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was newly refurbished, and spotless.Our mini bar was restocked each day. The food was very nice with plenty of choice, both hot and cold. The bar wa..."s very nice, and the bar staff were on the whole quite friendly. The outside bar area was pleasant. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were lovely. All the indoor public areas were clean and well kept. All the toilets around the hotel were always clean. The reception staff were very helpful. Now the bad bits..... Both the pools were dirty with lots of floating debris from the many trees surrounding them. The outside bar area was also in need of a good sweep because of tree debris, I would have thought it should be swept each morning, but in the week we were there they only seemed to sweep it once, and we didn't see anybody hose it down at all.
