This year was for the PSUK (Police Service UK) sports week from 6-10th of May. It was well organised and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I stayed in the hotel whic..."h was spacious with plenty of storage space to keep everything tidy. The food was as usual - excellent- with plenty of choices and the service second to none. There was absolutely nothing to criticise but my only observation after many years of visiting is that the hotel rooms are now starting to appear a little jaded and dated. The evening entertainment was very good and the bar staff polite and attentive. This is still easily worthy of its 5* rating and I would highly recommend it and I am looking forward to returning next year. " More >

  "My partner and I recently attended our best friends civil partnership at Potters with the wedding itself held in the Zest Rooms just behind the complex itself. Firstly, I've only been to 'holiday camps' a couple of times and to be honest was never overly impressed. I have to say, Potters has cha..."nged my opinion. Our room was huge with plenty of relaxation space, (only slight downside was the poor shower). The staff across the whole resort were friendly and happy to help in every way. Our restuarant waitress for the weekend was fab and made sure we knew where we were going when. There was lots to do and had we had more time we would have explored the local area. In terms of the wedding venue itself 'Zest', it was fantastic! Great space for the ceremony, drinks afterwards and wedding breakfast.
