Our lights reflected the eyes of a Cayman laying in one of the ruts the "chirping was calling to her babies! Awesome! Two hours after getting there And we are face to face with her. We took a couple of photos and backed out as not to bother Her or her brood. The food was as expected the buffet is fine just get there early.   "This is an old hotel but still located in a fantastic rainforest environment--can't change that. The staff seems less than helpful, lackadaisical. There is nothing around so you are stuck eating the hotel food which is quite good and only a little expensive. When I was there the fancy restaurant ..."had no customers so my wife and I ate all alone with a waiter devoted just to us--felt like we were royalty. The food presentation was first class.
