  "This is the 4th time I have stayed at the hotel and as usual, my experience is excellent. The staff are always polite and friendly, nothing is ever too much trouble. As a repeat visitor, people remember you. The rooms are adequate, after all it's a business hotel. I would suggest a "seaview" as the ..."road outside is busy. There are one or two downsides....they have an awful band playing most nights and for those who dont want to have their ears assaulted, there is no where else to sit.   "I went there for my course for 5 days and 4 nights and everything was sponsored by Ministry of Health Malaysia (lucky me as a government servant). I shared a room with a friend of mine. So far so good... The air cond is super-cooling and I love it. However, there was a time when the shower water ..."is a bit too hot to bath and I am not sure why. Auto-water heater (kettle) is provided there with daily tea, coffee and cereal drink packets plus two wafers to eat. Two cups and two drinking water is provided daily as well. Hangers are provided and towels too. Room service is efficient as well. Clean changed bed mattress and all that daily. There was a time when the toilet is clogged (thanks to my friend who has the habit of throwing thick used toilet papers each time after use). I called the receptionist and in less 5 minutes, the maintenance people turned up in a jiffy. Awesome service, that's why. I had a good sleep there, needless to say.   "My first stay in the hotel, and I love it! The room is very clean, nice and the bed is extremely comfortable! Location wise, the hotel is nearer to airport compared to many other hotels, but you definitely need to drive or hail a cab to go to Georgetown."
