The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The guards at the entrance to the casino are easily startled when hotel guests take photos in the lobby. The buffet at breakfast offered a wide choice of food and was of very good quality. Dinner was nice too but prices are steep. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, which could not be used due to the low temperatures in September. But there was also a heated swimming pool (17m x 7m) indoors. If you are coming from Greece just turn right as you cross over the border. The hotel itself cannot be missed, its sits on an elevated position almost on the border with Greece and is lit up with neon signs at night. The location is shown as Gevgelija however it is just outside town. I made the mistake of driving into Gevgelija and asking for the Ramada but no one had even heard of it.
