We were greeted with a very warm welcome at reception and were quickly checked in and on our way with our luggage and porter to our Deluxe Sea View room, imagine our surprise and delight to find that we had had scored a free upgrade to a Platinum Beach Junior Suite with Sea View and Private Pool!!!   "We stayed for one week at the end of April / beginning of May in a sea view suite. The weather was lovely, hot enough to feel the need for a dip, even if the water was a bit cold this early in the year! In my view, no need to have a private pool, there are two large swimming pools here and when we s..."wam we were often the only ones in there! This could be because we stayed in the shoulder season though. Grounds of the hotel are lovely and well kept. The staff are also an asset. You are quite a long way from the airport - expect a 2 hour transfer if you are on a coach and to be the last ones dropped off. That said, we didn't regret out choice of hotel. If you don't want to hire a car, there is a bus to Rhodes town, 2 hours again roughly. Well worth a visit in my view, the old town is lovely. At the time we stayed, only one bus per day 8.45 am, perhaps in higher season there is a bit more choice.
