We were lucky enough to stay in the grand suit located at the very top of the Château which was really fit for royalty. I'm a bit of a snob with accommodation having stayed in most of the worlds top hotels and this had a grace and charm that was simply astonishing. Our suite had a loft bedroom that over-looked our double volume 8 seater grand dining room, lounge with 'walk in fire place' a beautiful library AND a fully equipped and functional kitchen! The house is just oozing character, the rooms are very comfortable and peaceful, if you can get the one with the lovely terrace do! Claude and Claudie are delightful, we had such fun with our little amusing French / English lessons. Nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was a delight.
