Each room has a window air conditioning unit which I was concerned about, but it worked find for both heat in the evening and cooling during the day. My room had a mini-bar with plenty of extra space for drinks purchased elsewhere. The room was very quiet - with the only exception being that the doors to the rooms were very loud when closed and they echoed throughout the hallway.
