On arrival Carole was outside waiting for us with little pieces of wood so the side stands or our motorbikes didn't sink into the gravel. Carole provided us with a cold beer and after a change of clothing and a shower, she drove is to the nearest town for an evening meal and some excellent local cider. She provided us with her phone number and insisted we ring her later to come and pick us up. On returning she even opened a nice bottle of red and kept smiling even when we were talking motorcycling rubbish! Accommodation was spotless, facilities excellent and bed comfy. I can't belive hospitality like this costs €55 a night for a double room with continental breakfast! " More >

  "We first visited Carole & Nigel on a weekend away (kids with mother in law!) on the bike. Had a real job finding the place but that was my sat navs fault, on reflection the place couldn't be easier to find. Spoke to Carole & Nigel a few times before we arrived, he waited at the end of the drive and ..."ushered us in. Superb weekend, spotlessly clean, we ate with the hosts on the first night, food was superb! Nigel does the 'Boulangerie' run every morning, just couldn't fault the place. Liked it so much we went back the following summer with the children and spent a week there, the kids loved it as well. Cannot recommend the place highly enough, we'll be going back! " More >
