  "I asked about a fan room and was quoted the price I expected, but went up to see a fan room on the top floor, on a corner with two windows and it was SO hot, an absolute oven. No way could I stay. Also it was near a dining hall and I thought there might be noise from there. So I went back down a..."nd was told for an extra dollar there's a lower down room, this was much better but the lights were broken, a third room just by it was OK so I checked in. I was so tired that I just went up and relaxed, then realised that there were quite a few nooks and crannies that were completely uncleaned, like the roof above the toilet and the gap between the wardrobe and the wall. I was worried there would be a lot of insects that came out in the night, but actually all was fine and I had a good nights sleep.   "Classic cambodian business hotel. No frills really, but comfortable enough for the money you pay. The hotel is a bit outside of the main part of the city and the walk from the city center to the hotel is a bit spooky at night as there are no lights on the street, but it's no big walk (maybe 10 m..."inutes at max). The Acleda and Canadia bank offices are nearby, so if need money, it's a short walk. The rooms are big and comfortable enough (15 usd for air con room), with good looking bathrooms (yeah, really !). They have some problems here and there with maintenance, but all in all, everything was working somehow (and you don't really pay money for the room, so don'T complain). The cleanliness wasn't really a problem, apart from one nasty stain i had on my linen (it was looking washed out though). But you must know that they only clean the most obvious parts of the room.   "Take care, the hotel change name! But has the same location and phone number. It was one of the best place we stayed in Cambodia. Maybe they change some things from last year, because everything was really nice. The room was pretty cool, so we didn't need the air-con. Really nice price!"
