  "We were a party of 13, which included two under 5s and a disabled person. We were housed between the Barn, the Stable and the Wain House and all accommodated us perfectly. My partner and I stayed in the Smithson room in the Barn. It was a beautiful room, with a 'Juliet' balcony and a spectacular view. It was spotlessly clean, high quality finishes throughout and the property was in a beautiful rural location, with Hay on Wye was only a short distance away. The only teeny tiny suggestion we would make is that you should bring an eye mask to wear, if you are in the Smithson room, as there are no blinds/curtains to stop the sunlight streaming through the glass partition above the main bedroom door, directly on to your pillow (from the velux window in the kitchen).
