Our room, on the 5th floor, was mainly quiet, although at one point during the night were were aware of some shouting from the station forecourt belo..."w (which seems to be a gathering place for the local Bored Youth). The breakfast was above average, with reasonable choice and plenty of coffee! The hotel's directions to the car park are confusing: it should make it clear that its car park is actually part of the St Stephen's Shopping Centre CP - that's what you're looking for.
