We had been finding it difficult for a place to take us as it was a bank holiday weekend and most places wanted a 2 night minimum stay. How lucky we were to find such a uni..."que place as Blackthorn Farm! Not only was it convenient, being only a few minutes drive from the ferry port,but our accommodation was sensational. We booked the Sandown room which is the family suite ,even though there were only 2 of us. It was a huge room, sparkling clean,and beautifully furnished with a massive, comfortable king sized bed. We had a great view of the ocean from our windows and even though the camping area was close by it was very quiet. Breakfast next morning was delicious and we would wholeheartedly recommend Blackthorn Farm as a place to stay.We loved it! " More >
