Leisure facilities also included a gym, sauna and massage room although our party did not use these. Our daughter and grandson ate in the Brasserie of the hotel, whose staff were excellent, meals were quality. The rest of us ate at one of the plentiful restaurants located within easy reach of the hotel. We were informed that breakfast cost £17 per person, which we thought was excessive, instead we had breakfast in a cafe nearby for £18 for the whole party. Cost of the stay booked through Bookings.com was £69 for the double room which was excellent value for the standard of the hotel.   "Check in was smooth and easy with the staff smiling and happy to help. We received a phone call when we got to our room to confim if everything was ok which it was, a nice touch to have from the staff. the room and bathroom were clean and tidy however more milk for the coffee would be nice however..." I am sure if i asked for some i would have got them with a smile. hotel is ideally located by the waterfront so the view was nice and quiet it is within walking distance from the town centre so meals out and such like are easily acceptable if you do not want to eat in the attached Beefeater. me and my husband had a good nights sleep and when we went down for breakfast the staff here were again polite and very helpful. the breakfast was all you can eat and had a variety of things to try which were all very yummy. the only criticsm I have is the car parking charges (£5.50) however this allowed us to stay from 24 hours and with town in easy walking distance you dont have to park in the tow... The location of the hotel is great and very convenient, some of the rooms are quieter than others but hey it's in Swansea City centre so we expected that! The staff on reception Saturday afternoon..." were brilliant, really friendly and helpful so top marks to them! Parking was right next door which was handy. Rooms and the hotel in general were clean and I have no complaints. In the morning, the breakfast was hot and the food was replenished quickly and again the staff were friendly and helpful and smiley which always helps! Great stay at a very reasonable price and will definitely use the hotel again next time we have a night out in Swansea. " More >
