Even when construction started on Monday morning the room was perfectly quiet (I was lucky enough to be able to enjoy a sleep in!) The room and bath room were very clean. There was separate bath and shower in the bath room with plenty of towels etc. There is a huge TV with a large selection of regional and UK channels but no movies. A iron and ironing board were in the room but there was no mini bar or fridge which is annoying if you like a cold drink during the night or first thing in the morning.
