The location was fantastic, literally walked out the main door to catch our flight in the morning and it was the most peaceful night's sleep I have ever had! As soon as we got there, we were greeted on the ground floor and directed to receptio..."n. we were met quickly by a man who helped us check in on the computer. this was the fastest and most efficient check in process we have ever experienced! it was fantastic and took less than 5 minutes, even though it was very busy. I advise you book a table for dinner in advance as they get booked up, we went straight down for dinner which again was a great service. the restaurant host and our waiter were welcoming and friendly. there was plenty to choose from on the menu and the food was good. we have booked to stay again in August before we catch another early morning flight.   "I've been here a few times and like it more each time. The building itself is quite pretty and the atmosphere quite convivial. There are very relaxing common lounge and bar areas with high speed wifi and reasonable prices attached to reception. The rooms are hit and miss.. have had superb/ terrib..."le water pressure , heat and tv! The beds are ok but not super comfortable There is an excellent leisure Centre attached and the area around is lovely with crawley town center aout a 40 minute walk away.. mostly through greenery! Staff always very helpful. It is one of the cheapest options around gatwick .. that in combination with the above keep me coming back. If the hotel bedroom is your main thing you would be better somewhere else. The rooms are clean and very functional but thats about it. " More >
