It's a budget hotel and you are getting quite a good deal for the price you pay. If you want golden knobs and crystal go to Ritz or another 5*. Water in the pool was cold during the day and you had to be brave to go in. But late afternoon got warm enough. Hotel is located 30 min away from town in a quite location.   "Just had a week at the Sheraton Fuerteventura, my wife and I in one room, and our daughter son in law and two grand-daughters (9 & 6), in another. All the staff, at all levels, were excellent at their jobs. The rooms, sea view deluxe, were good sized, and well appointed, though starting to show a..." little wear. Beds very comfortable, and rooms cleaned out daily to a high degree. It made such a change not to have the daily scramble for sun beds, as there are plenty to choose from, and the hotel was only around 40-50% full. Entertainment for the children, was from 5:30 to 6:30 in the evening, so not that entertaining, and the adults entertainment was a little on the amateur side. The pools and beach areas are excellent with towels available clean daily, at no extra cost. There are a good choice of pools for children and for adults, all being watched by the lifeguard/towel dispenser.   "Having travelled extensively to luxury hotels worldwide we booked the Sheraton for our granddaughters first holiday, she is 21 months old and we did not want to fly her on too long a journey or too hot a climate and also wanted a resort not too far away from the airport, we knew this would be a diff..."erent type of holiday for us and were wary as we do not usually holiday in Europe. We were not disappointed in the hotel which was a very good standard and excellent for young families, our son and daughter in law were also very pleased with the service and we all felt very relaxed after our weeks stay and could have happily stayed for a further week. The food (half board) was excellent and there was always something for everyone, the food was fresh and replenished when needed and not lying out for long periods, most of the meats and fish were cooked in front of you.
