  "Have now stayed at the Eliott twice in two very different rooms. I can highly recommend one of the very modern rooms in the penthouse with fantastic views and a great terrace. It is designed by a man as lacks a hairdryer, convenient hooks in bathroom and the cupboards arent long enough for dresses..."! Beds are very comfortable, staff is very friendly and cleaning standards good. The dining room could do with either mats or cloths on the tables for breakfast so as not to look like a transport cafe and the food in the evening still needs a lot of improvement though the lunchtime menu in the bar is varied, good and comes fast. Charging for Wi-fi is not really acceptable but........the TV DID work this time! " More >

  "We spent 3 nights in the hotel, which is situated on Catalan Bay, a beautiful sandy beach where there are pubs and restaurants, and the lovely Mediterranean sea. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and the hotel was immaculate. I can't help with a food review as we ate in Casemates Square e..."very time, but the hotel specialises in Italian food (don't know why, I think Spanish themed might have been more an attraction). If you have a car there is car parking but it can be a bit tight: reception will give you a pass to keep on the dashboard. The hotel itself is beautiful, marble stairs and bathroom fittings, lovely lounge areas and small garden, and it looks well cared for and loved. Check what internet access is available, cos sometimes it was free and sometimes not, you need to get them to spell it out for you. Also there is a part of the hotel that is not served by the lift so ask about that when you book, as we had to lug our suitcases up the stairs. That was about the only f... " More >

  "Great hotel in everything that they do... Only gripe is the charge for WIFI. It is free in local cafes and bars, but charged in this hotel.. What a shame in this day and age... Apart from that, the place itself is great.. Super helpful staff and food at breakfast and in bar is lovely .."
