This is cheap and cheerful, 5 mins from the beach and 8 euros in a taxi into the "new town" if that is what you want to do. The hotel is clean, basic but clean. Clean towels every day and your room is cleaned every day. We broke the shower the first day and it was fixed in 30 mins. Plenty of food to eat, some random things like fried eggs for dinner and breaded sausages for lunch but there was plenty of choice particularly if you like fish (which I do). But there was plenty of fruit, vegetables (slightly overly cooked (my only gripe) and salad. The All Inclusive makes it very good value and plenty of sunbeds round the pool. We had read the bad reviews on here from Brits abroad who should really just go to Blackpool so we thought it would be ideal for us, and we were right! Considering the brilliantly cheap price we paid for all inclusive, we got..." great food and plenty of drink. People who don't realise that All Inclusive drinks stop at 11pm - THIS IS NORMAL! The room was clean and perfectly adequate. The buffet had plenty of choice, I am vegetarian and my friend is not and neither of us went hungry. For people who complain about lack of Sunday roast and English breakfast, I refer you to my previous advice to go to Blackpool. The staff were really nice, and I always made an effort to ask for my drinks in Spanish (it's polite you see, because Benidorm is in Spain), also I smiled pleasantly and did not shout loudly in English at them.
