  "Stunning hotel. Me and my partner went to celebrate our engagement and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the hotel had kindly upgraded our room. The only problem was that the hotel was literally in the middle of nowhere. You literally couldnt get to anything. The nearest restaurants were a ..."good hours walk and there was no pavement or lamps so it proved quite dangerous at night, with cabs wanting over 30 euro to take us back. At the hotel though we continued to receive excellent service throughout, and the food in the restaurant was first class. The staff kindly organised a rep to come by so that we could hire a car and they sorted us out an incredible boat trip with transfers to make it easier for us. The breakfast that was included was varied, fresh each day and very nice, and the waiting staff were very friendly.   ".....cause who ever said it obviously has not met Rita. We counted 27 different items on our table and that for five guests was amazing. Rita is a lovely lady and speaks as much English as I speak Italian ie zilch. But sign language always works. Plus being a Brit shouting louder and slower always s..."eems to work. This Bed and Breakfast was used as a base whilst touring and for that is ideal. The small town has not much going for it. Having said that The Prossecco was good value at the local supermarket. The room was a little small but perfectly clean and ok for a couple of nights. Cost wise very good value. So would recommend without a doubt and see if you can count more than 27 items on the table.   "Good hotel with good staff. Not far from the center of the town. Large rooms with a balcony. Good refrigerator in the room. Clean. The only thing that confused me was breakfast. Many sweet cakes and similar stuff and no cheese or ham. The only thing that was not sweet was egg. Overall impression is ..."good. Recommend it! " More >
