  "Had a good/pleasant experience staying at the Seidenhof for 2 nights. Not exactly an upscale fancy hotel but it was a good stay. Just what you need for a business trip. Room was furnished in a simple, call it "plain", manner and was clean. I think my room (double) was actually quite roomy for a ..."3+ star European hotel room. My room faced the street (Sihlstrasse) which can have some car traffic during the day but I thought it was pretty quiet at night. I understand the rooms that don't face the street is definitely quiet. It came with a little rubber ducky - which was cute - though i wondered why because my room only had a shower... the dry rack in the bathroom had seen better days (i.e. broken). Room had Nestle coffeemachine and a couple of Twining tea bags. didn't see any milk option.. The hotel cleaning staff always left the windows wide open - which wasn't great because I was on the 1st floor and very close to the street (i.e. I can see ppl outside and presumably they can see ...   "Great location an easy 10 min pretty flat walk from the main train station. Unique style and very Swiss and professional staff, everything as it should be. Nice free local swiss apple juice in the lobby. Amazing breakfasts, huge variety and excellent quality. A nice change from chain hotels."
