Rooms are small - carpets need to be deeply cleaned or replaced, and my room needed a coat of fresh paint. No a/c in room, so I slept with my windows open facing the main square, and it was super loud in the early mornings, especially on market morning when set-up started at 5 a.m. and continued for quite a long time.
