  "Stayed here for 3 nights from 9th May to 12th May 2013. 7 of us on a weekend away. Our room was exceptionally comfortable consisting of 4 large, solid and comfortable bunk beds. Tiled floor, air conditioning and shower room with 3 toilets right outside the room in the corridor. The staff were very f..."riendly, relaxed and helpful without being over bearing. The location is excellent being only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Haarlem and less than 15 minutes walk from the bus/train station. Haarlem is a great place to stay and beats the busy hustle and bustle of Amsterdam by miles. There are plenty of bars in the centre with a nice relaxed atmosphere and serving excellent beers. If you do want to visit Amsterdam it is only a 15 minute train journey away and a return ticket is around 8 euros. All in all Haarlem and Hello I'm Local provided us with a very comfortable, enjoyable and fun 3 nights.
