  "we have stayed at other hotel du vins and the poole hotel is by far our favourite!the hotel is in a stunning building,the rooms are well decorated and have all the amenities you need and a nice big comfy bed! the bar and restaurant have a really nice atmosphere,the cocktail list is great and the b..."arman will make you any cocktail that isn't in the menu.all the staff at the bar and the restaurant are friendly and very knowledgeable about food/wine,they couldn't do enough to accommodate us,service was 10 out of 10!!! food was great and my boyfriend was particularly impressed by the cheese trolley!!! breakfast was great too. if i have to point out 1 negative thing is that the car park is £10,we have stayed at other hotel du vin hotels and they didn't charge for private parking. all in all we had a fabulous time and cant wait to come back!!!!   "Good hotel, very clean, room was stuffy on our visit as the air on was preset at 24c and despite asking for it to be looked at they didn't alter it but in fairness the cleaning staff left some fans in our room,the hotel was very busy on our visit 30th may x 3 nights and the restaurant was jammed eve..."ry night which caused the waiting staff to be a bit fraught! Food was ok the pizza was delicious as we're the onion rings!
