  "We stayed here for 5 days in May 2013 and were pleasantly surprised to find we had been upgraded to a 3 bed caravan instead of the 2 allocated. The check in was quick and easy, although they forgot to give us our linen the issue was quickly resolved from 1 phone call and the security delivering it t..."o our caravan. The caravan itself was in a great location, Troon, a short walk to any of the onsite amenities and very close to a cut through to access the beach. Unfortunately the beach steps were closed for refurbishment but you could still get a good look out. The caravan was very clean as was all of the provided equipment. Due to the cold nights and only having heating in the living room, or so we thought, we purchased a heater to use which kept us warm enough. Haven will hire heaters to you for £10 with a £20 refundable deposit but we figured we'd stay in caravans again so decided to buy our own.
