  "Just returned from a long weekend at Barmston beach, we took our grandchildren aged 6 and 8 years who had the time of their lives. They were disappointed that the swimming pool wasn't open but we went to Bridlington leisure pool which was fantastic so made up for it. When we arrived 15 minutes befor..."e we Could check in we were met by friendly staff at reception who quickly let us check in, we got to the caravan and the fire and heating was on what a lovely homely feel that made. You also get a welcome pack with tea and coffee which is also a lovely touch. Sarah and Tony are great with the entertainment, but grand kids say a special mention to Sarah she is fab and nothing bothers her. The cafe bar area is small and friendly and all staff go that extra mile it's a long time since I have seen such courteous staff at a holiday park, keep up the good work. Would definitely go back as a excellent choice of holiday when you want kids to enjoy their break. " More >

  "We booked the lodge for my 50th birthday and we were not disappointed. We booked a lodge for six and a dog but was not direct onto the lake we had no 11,although we were not right at the lake side i was advised at reception which points at where i could fish. We were suprised at how well equipt t..."hat the lodges are and very warm. There are 2 pubs within easy walking distance, we only tried the Black Swan good ales good food and very friendly staff all round.We had a meal in the Chinese restaurant and i must say i was very impressed with the food and the value for money. This is the place to go for a nice relaxing break the staff are very friendly we had a great welcome and was wished a safe trip home by Darren on leaving. My wife learned how to play golf and i caught my biggest fish on holiday. Sad to leave.
