  "I have just stayed at the crown hotel for 1 night on business. When i arrived i wasnt just welcomed into the hotel but it felt like i was welcomed into the owners family! They really go that extra mile to make sure my stay was as perfect as possible. As i was there on business i was working through ..."most of the night but the keys give you access to the main door so there was no worries about returning early hours of the morning! The rooms are very spacious with a comfy bed and 2 seats and a table for any paperwork that needs doing. I usually stay in premier inns for business but you dont get the warm friendly welcome like i recieved on this visit. Overall the staff who took over the hotel in 2012 are very kind and helpful and the hotel was superb! Thank you for a lovely stay.. " More >

  "We have recently returned from our 4th trip to the FABULOUS Midland. It is a SUPERB hotel, all rooms are exceptional. The food in restaurant is always first class, I again had Blades of Beef, it is my favourite, you must try it, it really is delicious. Also food in the Rotunda Bar is fabulous. We a..."lways enjoy our stay, as soon as we are through the door, it all feels so relaxing, and welcoming, I always feel sad when we have to leave, and so look forward to our next visit.   "Family run business in a good location owners very friendly as are the staff. Rooms clean beds u believable comfortable .I have stayed at 5 star hotel's but none as friendly as this.Try the food now that's a 5+star"
