A choice of hams and salamis. Yogurts, pates, fresh fruit, creme brulee, panacotta. And not forgetting the cakes; at least two, home baked by Erika's mother. But what really makes this such a good hotel is Erika herself. What she does is her vocation, she is excellent at it and obviously loves doing it.
