The staff very helpful, the receptionist spoke excellent English. Free parking direct across from the hotel. Pool and sauna area was ..."great. We choose to eat in the Brasserie rather than the posh and pricey, Mitchelin Star restaurant - we hadn't packed our glad rags ;P Even so, the food, wine and service there were excellent.   "The hotel was recommended to us and we can now recommend it to others. We stayed two nights and cannot fault anything at all, from making an on-line reservation to check-out. Everything was done properly, but with a personal touch. All the staff we came in to contact with were friendly, helpful and ..."charming. The location was ideal, being out of town (Stuttgart), with a country feel, but close enough for an easy (car-hire) trip anywhere in the region on the easy to use roads. Our room was spotless, with a large bathroom with shower, as well as a sitting area. The breakfast buffet was enough to set one up for the day, and the restaurant in the evening was stunning.
