Room 2 was clean and comfortable with a nice ensuite including a bath. Best of all was the view of the surrounding hills from the room. My only ..."difficulties with the room were the lumpy and uncomfortable pillows on the bed, the softness of the bed (bit too springy for me) and there was a bit of noise from the bar patrons. However, none of these prevented me from having a good night's sleep and I would most definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Edale.   "Visited Bowling Green a few times over the past few years, during holidays and weekend breaks. Some visits we have stayed in there lovely b&b rooms next the to the pub, because of its tranquil location. Upon arrival, the owner Jez is usually there to welcome you and show you around and if not a me..."mber of staff will happily welcome you on his behalf. From our stays, my partner and I have found the rooms to be spacious, comfy and clean with lovely views which is why you stay in Bradwell. Our most recent visit 4-6th May was just as enjoyable and friendly as the all previous visits. A wonderful full English breakfast is just what you need before you enjoy the nearby countryside. On the Sunday we enjoyed a lovely roast with all the trimmings, followed by roast sandwiches' with stuffing, chips and the most amazing gravy I've ever had on the Monday for lunch.   "I live locally and simply love the occasional visit here. Always serve up delicious coffee and the staff are constantly friendly and polite. A decent price for a decent drink! Much prefer this to the alternatives in the village. Please visit, you won't be disappointed."
