It is also very re..."mote there is nothing outside the hotel, we knew this so no issue but beware if you thought there was anything else locally (Sir Bani Yas Island but a trip in itself) The food was really exceptional we stayed two nights and had room service both nights for the sake of the kids. Process of ordering was easy and food arrived in 30-40 mins. As noted on other reviews the staff are really friendly and try so hard but unfortunately despite their best efforts, let the overall experience down. Remember this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel (4 is more accurate) many little things were just missing and there was very little comprehension from most of the staff in understanding our requirements.
