  "We recently stayed 4 nights and found the experience very comfortable and excellent value for money. It is in an great location for jogging or walking alongside the river. A microwave in the room is a plus when staying a few nights and there is an excellent, casual seafood restaurant within walking ..."distance. I would also highly recommend the Indian restaurant Saffron which delivered an excellent meal to the door within 35 minutes.   "Writing this review having just checked into the Wrest Point. Room is clean and spacious, king bed and massive window that spans the entire outside wall. The view is not of the harbour but of the mountains and small portions of Battery Point can be seen. I can not remember seeing a view like this on..."e anywhere that I have stayed. It is dramatic and epic and now that the sun has set the house lights twinkle like stars. Gorgeous. We have been upgraded having originally booked a waterfront room on wotif. I had read some awful and outright scary reviews of these rooms and was not looking forward to staying. The upgrade that we received was an unexpected surprise and I am not sure why she did it and didn't want to push my luck asking for details regarding the chance change.
