  "We were made to feel very welcome at the roadhouse.The rooms were basic but roomy and comfortable. The roast meal we had in the evening was generous and tasty. The wine selection is scanty but what was on offer was not expensive."

  "My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights in a twin Lodge room, booked over the phone a day prior. ($129 per night). Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The Lodge rooms are in 3 blocks. Ours was in the block furthest from the car parking area (but we moved our car to the camping area, which was ..."easier to move our stuff). Besser block walls, freshly painted. Tiled floor, window with fly screen, 2 decent single beds with thick mattress, clean sheets, blanket, pillow. Round table and 2 chairs, fridge, kettle, TV and S shaped open shelving for storage. Outside table and chair. The amenities block closest to us had just been repainted (was supposed to be closed, but we used the toilets at night). The one across the playground had been repainted recently and we found the showers and toilets clean and fresh. So to all the contributors who posted here previously, the place has definitely improved. We found it great value, considering the resort is located in the middle of a dry desert are... " More >
