  "The rooms are fairly basic but clean & have freeview tv & tea & coffee kit. We were a party of 11 & had the sharing starters which were very good. Everyone said their mains were ok but nobody said they were outstanding. I had the massaman curry which was more like a soup with some fatty meat in it. ..." The taste was wonderful but I thought it was expensive for what was basically a bowl of sauce. The rice was at extra cost but if you didn't order it you would end up feeling very hungry. The service though was first class, friendly & efficient. The breakfast was cooked to order perfectly & the coffee was better than most high class restaurants & hotels we have visited. All the staff were excellent & with a bit of tweaking ie better quality meat & the inclusion of rice with the main courses the restaurant would be so much better. " More >

  "Allowed an early arrival to drop off luggage before attending meeting. Given room 6 which was very large and comfortable, only 1 very minor fault is the very small sink otherwise very good.
