  "We stayed as part of an anniversary celebration trip in the region, and are glad we chose the Hotel Malomkert. The appearance is marvelous -- exposed beams with beautiful light wood flooring and a clear view of a stream running underneath the floor in the lobby. Everything is energy efficient (your ..."room key engages and disengages the electricity to the lighting in the room; hallway lighting is motion sensitive, etc.), and our room was absolutely gorgeous and quiet. The breakfast buffet was decent, and the additional items cooked to order (egg/omelet variations) were excellent, all included in the room offer. The night before, we also enjoyed a pleasant dessert in the restaurant, and from what we could see of the dinner dishes served, the kitchen does a very nice job. The hotel is located a short walk downhill from the bus terminal, and also a relatively short walk downhill from the town center -- which is the only downside to their wonderful location.
