  "This was our 3rd visit to Wind Creek, staying each time in their hotel. I can say their staff is excellent with assisting you with your room reservations. The rooms are very clean and modern. Very easy access to the casino from the rooms. Valet parking is free (please tip) and the guys are very quic..."k. I also need to say that in the casino it can get a little cold from the a/c in certain areas so bring a light jacket. Refreshments in the casino are free and easy to obtain from waitress, walk-up bars, and serve yourself locations. So far we have only experienced friendly and knowledgeable employees throughout this facility. I would recommend this hotel and casino. Understand your risks when playing the slots (slots only here).   "5 stars...How would I know? Because I have stayed here 2-4 nights per week for nearly 20 weeks on business. Forget any negative reviews, especially from some one nighters who are just looking for some attention, because I would know ....with 40 to 50 nights here. Hotel: new hotel still smells new...". Carpet clean. Rooms with fridge, microwave, coffee appear unused each time I check in. Dan the manager, always attentive and willing to help. Made copies for my work, and accepted emails for me when I needed. Helped me mail letters when I had no envelopes nor stamps! Kissa, has never been seen interacting with a customer without a smile. She works desk but I have spotted her helping customers on the floor, going way beyond the "call of duty" to help customers feel comfortable. Wayne, Jennifer, Janet( desk and housekeeper, amazing) Frances to name a few ...have become my second family in my home away from home.
