I had left some items in the hotel and ran into a few problems regarding shipping options back to my home in Las Vegas. It was actually quite frustrating. Monique was very hands on and was ready with solutions every time we encountered a problem with shipping issues. It took a while, but thanks to her, I retrieved my belongings safe and sound. She went above and beyond to return phone calls, and stay in constant contact to make sure I retrieved my belongings, and never made me feel like I was burdening her.
