  "Second visit to this hotel and we stayed for two weeks. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole visit. Transfers to and from the airport and the excursions went like clockwork. Our room was great, cleaned every day. Outside and inside gardens were very well tended. Every member of staff made us feel welcome. ..."Pools were very good with plenty of sunbeds, activities around the main pool or quiet pools if you wanted them. The animation team worked very hard to offer a range of activities for children and adults. The food was excellent and varied. All choices were available from the start of service to the end so you couldn't go wrong. The restaurant staff were exceptional especially the maître d'. Loved the reception bar area and was always made to feel welcome. Beach not far away and very good. Overall I would rate this holiday as great value for money and will certainly be going back. So glad we experienced both places are they are so different. Marrakech is old and Agadir is only about 50 years old. The Riu Palace is..." a fantastic hotel and one step up from the Riu Palmerie we had stayed at for the first part of our holiday. When we arrived there was a small issue as we were given a room on the fourth floor overlooking the carpark and smelling very musty. A call to reception quickly resolved the issue. We were upgraded to a pool view room on the ground floor which turned out to be fantastic as we were able to use sun beds on our patio when the wind was blowing near gale force as it did on most of the days that we were there.
