  "Stayed here for one night on a School trip, and I can say i was impressed. We stayed in dorms, which were slightly cramped for space, but most hostels around were like this. We were lucky to have the showers & toilets right outside our room, and the showers were amazing (compared to many other hoste..."ls we stayed at). They were clean, hot water wasn't an issue and also spacey! The gardens in the hostel were a nice area to relax, and unfortunatley we didn't get to relax at the bar in the evenings. The hostel staff were also very helpful, and sorted out taxi issues for us to a nearby restaurant. The location was good, it was walking distance to a supermarket and the craft market. If you went a bit further, there were some upmarket malls you could go to aswell (which had great restuarants). All in all, i would recommend staying here for a comfortable stay. " More >

  "We stayed one night on the way south and one on the way back. The executive room was great but had no hot water, while the deluxe on the way back was small and clean and had heaps. We watched Joyce Banda at her old school on the TV and loved the fact that she really wants to improve the lot of women..." and children in Malawi.   "Stayed here in lilongwe for a couple of nights before heading to the airport. Great hotel for the asking price and no complaints reguarding the rooms, food and facilities. The wifi works really well in most rooms and the lobby area. There is a gym and swimming pool as well. The copper pot restraunt ..."within the hotel grounds is fantastic. Really nice indian and chinese food and fantastic pricing for the meals. Without a doubt its worth the money for both the hotel and the copper pot restraunt. If your staying in lilongwe i highly recommend you stay here! Unfortunately their is no alcohol avalible in the hotels shops and supermarkets but you can buy so booze across the road at the petrol station haha! " More >
