From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out all the staff we had dealt with were friendly and professional including the front desk, room service, pool staff and the concierge. We had travelled with an infant and i told them i wanted a baby cot in the room which was there upon entering the room and along with it they had provided us with a baby tub, a sterilizer and a potty and although we had our own we appreciated they made the effort to provide us with these w/o asking. The hotel has limited sun lounges next to the pool however the pool staff would allow you to place your belongings on the side and transfer them to the sun lounges... " More >

  "Stayed in Amari Orchid Pattaya (Deluxe Tower) for two nights and loved the place. The rooms are modern and clean and i loved the bath tub in the middle of the room. The property was well maintained and the hotel had two huge pools and the kids enjoyed the pool. The service at the front desk and p..."ool staff was good however i wasn't happy with the room service since they didn't speak good english and in one of the nights they knocked the door in the middle of the night by mistake. I also loved the service of the manager at the front desk Ms. Natrada, she welcomed us as soon as we arrived and greeted the kids and was very professional. She also located us in a room in which we wouldn't hear any of the noise caused by a nearby construction not wanting the kids to be disturbed early morning. She is a real gem to the hotel. " More >

  "We asked on arrival for a ground floor room because of husband's bad knee. No problem. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. The room had bath, shower, hairdrier, coffee making and compimentary water each day. Plenty of toiletries and tissues. Ok the room was a bit dated and no b..."alcony, but television, air con etc was there. ALL the staff we met, at breakfast, with the luggage, cleaners, receptionists and security were brilliant. The grounds were fabulous with beautiful gardens, birds and swimming pools. The television even had English speaking film channels. We were told to upgrade to the Tower. No need.
