We visited for our honeymoon, and it was a really really good experience - m..."y husband had never been to islamabad (having lived in pakistan all his life) and for him to see what a hotel that is like the standards of European hotels was great! the porters were really friendly - security was tight but i was happy with this as it shows you take this seriously. unfortunately we didnt get the chance to experience the different cuisines on offer, however we did have the buffet breakfast which had a really good selection of foods, both traditional and european - having been in pakistan for over 4 weeks at this point, i was missing my croissants and jam for breakfast lol there is also a beauty salon at the hotel which had some of the friendlies staff i have ever come ac...
