Three cottages on the property - the managers lived in one, and the other was empty. View across the airstrip to the lagoon. Magnificent sunrises. The open-plan set..."up was so nice and relaxing. A massive open living area/verandah on to which the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom all opened. Although this was apparently a busy time we barely saw another person each evening sitting on our verandah, and felt that it was safe/private enough to leave our bedroom door open every night (the only interruption to our sleep being a cheeky rufus night heron who thought he'd come visit at 4am). We rarely heard any other voices on the property, and the managers Di and Ian were helpful but respectful of our space. From being met at the airport in pouring rain by a barefoot Di, we were made to feel welcome and at home. Di and Ian were kind enough to loan us bicycles ... " More >

The managers Di and Ian are extremely knowledgeable on all island activities and there are more than you can imagine, snorkelling, glass bottom boat, surfing, kite surfing, wind surfing, motorised canoes, bikes to hire, ferry to other islands. Don't miss a brekkie and famous pie at Dory's as well as a great coffee. " More >
