  "A lovely traditional hostal, so sure of its appeal that it hands out "review us on Trip Advisor" leaflets as you leave! They should; it really is a little gem. A small, tiled, bouganvillea-wrapped courtyard with clean, whitewashed walls going up 4 floors to the sun-terrace roof. All the rooms are ..."different, but clean and adequately furnished, though quite noisy. As usual, trying to get some room service was painful. An hour in the sun on the roof terrace - there are also loungers on the lower levels in the shade - was a great relaxation. There's also a nice little sitting room on the ground floor. Breakfast in the small room was variable, at best, especially when they are busy. As usual, too few staff. No dinners, here. It's a short walk to the charming main square (we caught the 1st May celebrations) which is friendlier and more inviting than most, although yet again we witnessed an attempted bag snatch.   "I cannot believe that I would find the best hotel in Latin America in Sucre, Bolivia.This hotel was built in the 1600's but has all the modern conveniences of a newer hotel. The hotel has old world charm and the owner Luis's attention to detail is amazing. From the pictures on the wall to the antiqu..."e furniture to the musuem in the lower level, the charm of the hotel is amazing. The hotel is big for a boutique hotel and it seems like every time I leave or go to my room I discover another part of the hotel I did not know existed. Be sure to ask for a tour of the hotel and make sure they bring you in the basement, it is really cool. The hugh rooms are appointed with king size beds, doors that open up to a faux terrace, desk and seating area. The bathrooms are modern with really strong water pressure which is lacking in most places in latin america.   "Great management, relatively good hostel"
  "Owner was kind and helpful, most staff were helpful. Location was close to the bus terminal. Wifi didn't always work and staff wasn't always willing to fix it. Room was quite good, but kitchen was sometimes dirty. Will stay there again."
