For a traveler who wants convenience, this place is great. Don't expect too much English from the front desk staff, but they are friendly enough.   "Let me say that I have stayed at this hotel many times without incident but recently I was treated so badly I feel I have to say something. In my opinion, the room service is a scam. When the food is brought into your room, you expect to sign a chit and pay on checkout, right? Not at the West..."in Wanda. You have to pay in cash on the spot. But even worse, it is inconsistent... sometimes you do, sometime not, which is why I think it is a scam. I believe the management are holding out on the brand owners by charging guests cash in hand for room service. I just think the brand should know about this. This time was worse than most times... in addition to being ill, I was kept waiting for 40 minutes for my room service. I asked where it was, they replied it was delivered to the wrong room and asked would I still like it? YES! The waiter arrived with the meal, and said it was complimentary due to the mix up.
