  "Due to business reason, I am staying at this hotel between 2 and 4 nights per week. Up to now, everything is going well : rooms are spacious and comfortable, friendly staff, the chef at Feast is really taking good care of his guests. Location is more or less in the middle of nowhere, that is a pity...." But the hotel is offering good entertainment, wifi in every room, international tv. Swimming pool still not open, they promised mid of may. The breakfast buffet is awesome. The best in Changchun I guess (I tried ramada, days inn, jin'an, but never sangri la though). The evening buffet is also super nice with all of choice and with many mediteranean dishes ( chef speciality) and also delicate french style desserts, bread selection is also impressive. However, the a la carte menu could be improved. The bolognaise pasta have no taste and almost no meat, the Sheraton burger is not consistent (sometimes ok and sometimes too salty or lack of cheese..), minestrone soup is surely can soup, gratin...   "I first visited the hotel in early January when they were "reeling" from opening week shock. Rooms were standard Sheraton quality...super clean, fabulous "soft sleeper" beds and lovely decor. Service in lounges and restaurant reflected keen, but inexperienced personnel and service.. The hotel was co..."ld ( outside -20 +, but also inside...fighting to find the right heating balance was problematic) A couple of visits since then I note an obvious, steady, improvement in service and facilities. This last visit ( Thursday /Friday) was simply delightful..the staff are far more confident...front desk, lounge, dining facilities. It is obvious that a tremendous amount of staff training has occurred during these last four months and this hotel has certainly blossomed. The rooms are still lovely....colleagues had difficulties with the heating , and it was dealt with, immediately, whereas I enjoyed lovely hot baths and soft beds.
