Patricia was so great in providing me with information and recommendations on things to do. She was so nice and was always so willing to answer my questions and provide additional information. When we arrived, we were greeted by Luis. Patricia did tell me in advance that she would not be there during our stay, but that we would be in great hands with Luis, and she was right!
