Not a bad misrepresentation is it, advertise detached bungalows right next to the beach with self catering facilities, then put you somewhere else with nowhere near the same facilities. We were absolutely gutted and upset by this. We stay at the Sunswing twice a year and pay a lot extra for one of the Bungalows. We had contacted the hotel on numerous occasions to check our booking and the hotel told us that our tour operator had definitely not sent any information through for our booking.
