The room we were taken to after check in was beautiful - very bright, clean and attractive with a lovely bathroom. However, when we stepped on to the balcony the view was not of gardens but a back alley. Not somewhere you would want to sit with your morning coffee or evening wine! Reception were quite helpful and offered to show us a smoking double room or a non smoking twin. We chose to look at the smoking room and as it did not have the faintest smell of smoke s... " More >

The rooms are very well maintained and we enjoyed our balcony's with the superb garden and sea view. The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel has a great bar with live music and sea wind where I can recommend anyone to enjoy a drink during the evening. The staff is incredibly engaged and polite, this was just a fantastic experience. It is a disadvantage that the sea comes with so much sea weed on this side of Bali with regard to that the Hyatt in Nusa Dua might be worth trying. " More >

  "We have visited Bali many times and mostly stayed at the Bali Hyatt. We stayed again for 2 weeks in January and I have just been over there for a girls week away and upgraded to the Regency Club Lounge Rooms. It was well worth it with daily breakfast included, free tea & coffee & afternoon tea all..." day plus 5pm - 7pm a large selection of canapes and open bar. The food in Omang Omang has greatly improved over the 10 years of visiting this beautiful hotel. I had the most tender porterhouse there one evening and an even better pork chop. Their pork ribs are also yummo! Booze is more expensive here than most other hotels but cheap drinks are plenty at any other restaurant located on the beach or on the street. The staff again were wonderful. But rumours are that they are closing down after July for 2 years for major renovations...probably long over due but there is nothing comparable for us. I have tried booking after August and there is nothing available so I am guessing the ... " More >
