The thomson rep, Jamie was always around if you needed help and the hotel managers were also helpful. We would definitely go back again! My only suggestion would be to serve food between 4.30 and 6.30 pm as it was hard to keep the kuds going until that late, but we managed! One evening as we were sat watching the karaoke show, Taner, a member of the kids club staff, asked our daughter if she wants to play cards with him and a few other children. This was way after he finished his work. That is what i call devotion to your job. My daughter has really grown to Taner. Every time she saw him, even after kids club, she always run up to him and talked to him and he never seemed to get annoyed. Previously at such all-inclusive hotels there has been a drink/sandwich provided for late arriving guests and you would sit down and fill out room registration documents while having a light refreshment. Here you just queued with no drink (not even water) offered which was not great after a one hour coach transfer (no water offered on the coach either – also unusual, again previously one bottle of cold water has been offered on getting on the coach but I put that failing down to Thomson not Suntopia).
